{"id":540,"date":"2010-05-01T06:00:26","date_gmt":"2010-05-01T10:00:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.musicbymailcanada.com\/blog\/?p=540"},"modified":"2010-05-01T06:00:26","modified_gmt":"2010-05-01T10:00:26","slug":"quick-fix-for-windows-7-audio-problem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.musicbymailcanada.com\/blog\/?p=540","title":{"rendered":"Quick Fix For Windows 7 Audio Problem"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I think <strong>Windows 7<\/strong> is great but once every two months or so I run into a problem : The audio stops working from boot-up.<\/p>\n<p>I have an <strong>Acer Aspire X1800<\/strong> with HDMI connected to a Toshiba HDTV and sometimes when I boot up and start playing music or a video on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/canucktunes\" target=\"_blank\">Youtube<\/a> no audio comes out.<\/p>\n<p>Well, it appears that placing your computer in sleep mode for a few seconds fixes this problem.<\/p>\n<p>I guess one of my audio drivers isn&#8217;t loading up properly. I&#8217;m assuming it&#8217;s one of the drivers that handle the HDMI audio because my speakers are connected to my HDTV and not my computer itself.<\/p>\n<p>But of course it isn&#8217;t much of an issue because it happens so rarely.
