Four Events This Weekend

There will only be four events this weekend but they’re still considerable:

The East Coast Comic Expo will occur on both Friday the 12th and Saturday the 13th of June, 2026 at the Moncton Coliseum and admission information can be found by clicking here.

The nearest bus stop venue is bus stop T5018, which is serviced by Route 50 on Codiac Transit.

The Manitou Island Comicon will be held at the Little Current Recreation Center on Saturday, June 13th, 2026 and admission will be $10 at the door with kids 12 and under getting in for free.

This venue is not serviced by public transit.

The St. Catharines Record Show will be hosted by the Grantham Optimists Youth Centre on Sunday, the 14th of June, 2026 from 10:30am to 4pm and admission will be $5.

On demand services may be available to bus stop number 303 and 306 via Niagara Transit.

And finally, the Espanola Comicon will be held from 10am to 3pm at the Espanola Recreation Complex on Sunday, June 14th, 2026 and admission will be $10 at the door with kids 12 and under getting in for free.

Ontario Northland provides transit to this community and the lone bus stop is a 12 minute walk away from to the venue.

Multiple Collector Events, Mostly in Ontario

There will be seven collector and/or comic events this weekend, all but one being in Ontario.

Island Fancon will be held from the Friday, the 5th to Sunday. the 7th of June, 2026 in City Centre Park and ticket information is available by clicking here.

The venue’s closest bus stops are bus stop numbers 101549 and 101556, which are serviced by multiple routes on BC Transit.

The Niagara Falls Comicon will also be held all weekend, but at the Niagara Falls Convention Center, and you can click here for ticket information.

The venue had two bus stops, 6152 and 6577, which are serviced by Routes 106 and 112 on Niagara Region Transit.

The Toronto Comic Art Festival will be a two day event that will be held at the Mattamy Athletic Center, on Saturday, June 6th and Sunday June 7th and admission is free.

The venue is located a three minute walk east from the College Subway Station.

The Parry Sound Comicon will occur on June 6th, 2026 from 10am to 3pm at the Bobby Orr Community Centre and admission will be $10 at the door and free for kids 12 and under.

This community has no public transit but the venue itself is a three minute taxi drive or 14 minute walk from the Via Rail Station. And the nearest bus stops to the venue are 5 minutes away by taxi, which are serviced by Ontario Northland and Flixbus.

The Play It Again Retro Media Market will be held on Sunday, the 7th of June, 2026 at the Next Door Market & Event Space, which is conveniently located next to the Corso Italia Light Rail Station.

This free event will be held from 11am to 5pm.

The Junction Steel Wheels Record Show will also be held on Sunday, June 7th, 2026, but from noon to 5pm at the Rainhard Brewery and admission will be $7 at the door with free swag bags for the first 50 to 100 customers.

The venue is a three minute walk away from the Gunns Loop which is serviced by streetcar routes 312 and 512.

And finally, the Bracebridge Comicon with be held on Sunday as well, from 10am to 3pm at the Muskoka Lumber Community Center and admission will be $10 at the door with kids under 12 getting in for free.

Bracebridge Transit unfortunately does not operate on Sundays.

Four Record Conventions / Three Comicons

Ontario will be the place to be for event this weekend, except for two, which will happen in Edmonton and Vancouver.

The Crystal Ridge Dream Center will host the 2nd Annual Charity Record Show on May 30th, 2026 from 9am to 1pm and admission will be $2.

A On Demand transit service may be available from the Fort Erie Leisureplex on Niagara Transit.

The Huron County Comicon will be held on Saturday, May 30th, 2026 at Columbus Club Hall from 11am to 4pm and admission will be free.

There is unfortunately no transit to the area at the time of this event.

The Smiths Fall Comicon will be held at the Smith Falls Memorial Community Center from 10am to 3pm on Saturday, the 30th of May, 2026 and admission will be $10 at the door (or $5 online), with kids under 12 getting in for free.

This venue is an 18 minute walk away from the town’s Via Rail Station.

The Dead Vinyl Society Spring Record G-Sale & DJ Raveyard will be held on both the 30th and 31st of May, 2026, from 11am to 6pm open both days, and entry will be free.

The nearest bus stops to this venue are bus stop numbers 2753 and 2859 which is serviced by Bus Route 523 on Edmonton Transit.

The Bowmanvillle CD and Record Show will again be hosted by the Bowmanville Memorial Park Club House, this time from 10am to 4pm on Sunday, May 31st, 2026, and admission is free.

The nearest bus stop to the venue is Bus Stop 1499 which is serviced by route 902 on Durham Region Transit and an on demand service may be available.

The MacKinnon Brothers Vinyl Record Market will be held from 10am to 4pm on Sunday, the 31st of May, 2026 at the MacKinnon Brothers Brewing Company and admission is free.

There is no public transit to this venue.

The Gananoque Comicon will be held at the Lou Jeffries, Gananoque & T.L.T.I Recreation Centre from 10am to 4pm on Sunday, May 31st, 2026 and admission will be $10 at the door (or $5 online), with kids under 12 getting in for free.

The venue is an 18 minute walk away from the Flixbus stop.

And last but not least, the Vancouver Vinyl Record Show will again be hosted by the Heritage Hall, this time from 10am to 4pm on Sunday, the 31st of May, 2026. And admission will be $5 at the door.

The nearest bus stops to the venue, bus stop numbers 50241 and 59581, are serviced by Route 003 on Translink.

Multiple Events This Weekend

There will be one comicon on Saturday, the 23rd off May 2026 in Ontario and multiple record conventions, collector events and comic cons on Sunday, the 24th of May, 2026 in Ontario, British Columbia and Newfoundland.

The Napanee Comicon will be held Saturday at the Best & Bash Arena from 10am to 3pm and admission at the door will be $10, with kids under 12 getting in for free with a paid adult.

Discounted online tickets can be purchased by clicking here. And this community is serviced by both Maplebus and Megabus, although the stops for those services are a 4 minute taxi drive away from the venue.

The Mississauga Collectors Expo will be held on Sunday from 10am to 4pm at the Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale and admission details can one obtained here.

This venue is serviced by multiple bus routes on Go Transit and Miway.

Record Fair NL will be hosted by the St. John’s Farmers’ Market on Sunday from 10am to 4pm and admission will be $2.

The nearest bus stops to the venue are bust stop numbers 2780 and 3080, which are serviced by Routes 10 and 12 on Metrobus.

The Vinyl Destination Record Swap will be hosted by The Royal on Sunday, from noon to 5pm and I believe this is a free event.

The venue is a minute walk away from bus stop number 160282 which is serviced by multiple routes on BC Transit.

The Hamilton Record Show will be held at Bridgeworks on Sunday from 10:30am to 4pm and admission will be $5 or early entry at 9am for $20.

This venue is a 12 minute walk away from the West Harbour Go Station or 8 minute walk away from Bus Stop Number 2977, which is serviced by Routes 8 and 9 on Hamilton Transit.

And finally, the Tweed Comicon will be hosted by the Tweed Community Center from 10am to 3pm on Sunday, and admission information can be found here.

This community is not serviced by transit.

This Weekend’s Events

There will be one record convention and two comicons this Saturday, the 9th of May, 2026, all in Ontario.

The Fort Erie Record Show will be hosted by Sessions on the River from 10am to 3pm and admission will be a $3 donation to COPE.

The venue is serviced by the Fort Erie Community Bus on Niagara Transit via bus stop number 7028, which is a one minute walk away.

The Brantford Comic Con will be held from 10am to 4pm at the Lions Park Arena and ticket prices vary (click here for details).

This venue has its own bus stop, bus stop number 557, which is serviced by Route 5 on Brantford Transit.

The SDG Geek Con will be held at the Chesterville and District Arena from 10am to 4pm and admission will be $5 with kids under 12 getting in for free with a paying adult admission.

There is unfortunately no transit service in this township.

Multiple Events This Weekend

There will be four collector events starting on the first of May, 2026, two in British Columbia and two in Ontario, and two record conventions in Ontario on Sunday, May 3rd, 2026.

Northern FanCon is a three day event starting on the first of May, 2026 that will be held at the Prince George CN Centre and tickets are available from Ticketnorth.

The nearest bus stops to this venue are stop numbers 105160 and 105334, which are serviced by Routes 5 and 55 on BC Transit.

The Vernon Comicon will be held on Saturday, the 2nd of May, 2026 at the Vernon Recreation Centre from 10am to 6pm and admission will be $10 or free for kids 12 and under.

Thew nearest bus stops to the venue are 144072 and 144282, which are serviced by Route 9 on BC Transit.

The Toronto Toy Riot will be hosted by the Tranzac Club on Saturday, May 2nd and Sunday, May 3rd, 2026 and admission will be free.

This venue is located a five minute walk away from the Spadina Station on the TTC.

Tricon is also a two day event that will be held on Saturday and Sunday, from 10am to 5pm at TheMuseum, and ticket information is available by clicking here.

The Queen ION LRT Station is located a 3 minute walk away from this venue and the Frederik ION LRT Station is a 4 minute walk away from TheMuseum.

The Brantford Record Show will be hosted by the Dunsdon Legion from 11am to 4pm on Sunday, the 3rd of May, 2026 and admission will be $2.

The nearest bus stops to this venue are bus stop number 450 and 483, which are serviced by Routes 4A and 4C on Brantford Transit.

And the Toronto-Leaside Vinyl Record, CD & Collectibles Show will be held on Sunday, the 3rd of May, 2026 from 10am to 3pm at the Leaside Gardens and admission will be $5.
