Two Comicons This Weekend
There will be two comicon events this weekend, one in Toronto and the other in Belleville, Ontario:
The first Action Figure Comic Con will be held at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre on Saturday, the 31st of January 2026 from 11am to 7pm for General Admission ticket holders, with early entry at 10 am for Grail Hunter Pass holders (click here for additional information).
The nearest bus stops to the venue are numbers 4723 and 4724, which are serviced by Routes 34 and 100 on the TTC.

The Belleville Comicon will also be held on January 31st, 2026 but from 10am to 3pm at the Masonic Temple Hall and admission prices vary (click here for information).
The nearest bus stops are a two minute walk away from the venue, on nearby Dundas Street East (and Albert Street), and are serviced by Routes 5A and 5B on Belleville Transit.

Multiple Collector Events This Weekend
There will be one record conventions, two minor record collector events and three comicons this weekend, most of which will be in Ontario.

The Holiday Edition of the Niagara Falls Comicon will again be held at the Niagara Falls Convention Center, this time from 11am to 6pm on Saturday, December 6th, 2025.

The Toronto-Leaside Vinyl Record, CD & Collectibles Show will be hosted by the Leaside Memorial Community Gardens on Sunday, December 7th, 2025 from 10am to 3pm and admission will be $5.
The nearest bus stops to the venue are numbers 7980 and 7981, which are serviced by Route 88 on the TTC from Eglinton Station. The venue is also serviced by Route 56 from the Donlands Station via stop numbers 5136 and 15671 on nearby Laird Drive. And that route also goes to Eglinton Station.

A Collector’s Weekend
Other than the Black Friday version of Record Store Day at your local record stores on Friday, there will be two major record conventions and one comicons in Ontario this weekend and one major record convention in Vancouver BC, all on Sunday, November 30th, 2025.
The Oshawa Record Show will be hosted by the Royal Canadian Legion #43 from 10am to 4pm and admission will be $4 or free for kids under 14 and under and students with a valid ID.
The nearest bus stops to the venue are bus stops 665 and 670, which is serviced by Routes 901 and N2 on Durham Regional Transit.

The Toronto Record Show will be held at the Tranzac Club from noon to 4pm and admission is free.
This venue is located a six minute walk east of the Bathurst Metro Station, which is also serviced by trams on the TTC, namely Route 551.

The Vancouver Vinyl Record Show will be held at Heritage Hall from 11am to 4pm and admission will be $5 cash.
The nearest bus stops to the venue are stop numbers 50241 and 59581 which are serviced by Route 3 on Translink from the Main Street-Science World station.

The Capital Comic Book Convention will be held from 11am to 4pm in Clark Hall at the RA Center and admission will be $8.
The nearest bus stops to the venue, bus stop number 1152 and 1567, are a ten minute walk away but are serviced by multiple major routes on the Transitway by OC Transpo, some from Hurdman Station.

There will be four major record conventions event this weekend:
The first major convention will be the Victoria Record Fair, which will be held on Saturday, November 1st, 2025 at the Fernwood Community Center from 11am to 4pm and admission will be $5 or $30 for early entry at 10:30am.
The nearest bus stops to the venue are 100245 and 102617, which are serviced by Route 22 on Victoria Regional Transit. The venue is accessible via the Gladstone Mall Pedestrian Zone.

The second major convention will be the St. Catherines Record Show, which will be hosted by the Grantham Optimist Youth Center on Sunday, November 2nd, 2025 from 10:30am to 4pm and admission will be $5.

The third event will be The Junction Steel Wheels Record Show which will be held at the Rainhard Brewing Company from noon to 6pm on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 and admission will be $5.

The venue is accessible from these stop via paths at the end of Symes Street and the venue is also a ten minute walk away from the Gunns Loop, where street car routes 312 and 512 terminate.

Multiple Major Events This Weekend
There will be multiple day comicon and fan events this weekend, as well as two record conventions.
Howloween 2025 will begin on Thursday the 23rd, 2025 and end on the 26th at the Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport in Richmond, BC.
This venue is near the airport and serviced by Routes 401 and 407 on Translink, this venue having it’s own bus stop (56483).

The Winnipeg Comicon will run from on Friday, October 24th to Sunday, October 26th, 2025 at the RBC Convention Center and you can obtain ticket information by clicking here.
The venue is located in the core and therefore surrounded by multiple bus stops serviced by Winnipeg Transit, the closest being on Broadway Street (Stop Numbers 10593 and 10586).

Frightmare In The Falls will be a two day event, starting from Saturday, the 25th of October 2025, that will be hosted by the Niagara Falls Convention Center. And admission information can be found by clicking here.

The Simcoe Record & CD Show will be held on Saturday, October 25th, 2025 at Royal Canadian Legion Branch 79 from 10am to 3pm and admission will be $2.
This venue is a five animate walk from the Simcoe Library Bus Stop, which is service by the Brampton route on Norfolk County Public Transit. Ask for stop S1a if you are using On Demand Transit, as it is at the venue itself.

Record Conventions Galore!

The Vinyl in the Valley Collector Show will be held on Saturday, October 18th, 2025 at the Vernon Elks Lodge from 10am to 3pm and admission is $5 or $10 for early entry at 9am.
The venue is located next to the Downtown Exchange for public transit, where multiple routes on the Vernon Regional Transit converge.

The Collingwood Comicon will also be held on Saturday, the 18th of October, 2025 from 10am to 3pm. But it will be hosted by the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 63 and admission will be $5 or free for kids 12 and under.
The venue has two bus stops, 243 and 420, which is serviced by the Crosstown route on Collingwood Transit – This is an On Demand service on weekends.

The Foire Au Vinyles Plateau Record Show will again be held at the Église Saint-Denis on Saturday, the 18th of October, from 10am to 4pm, and admission will be $5 to $10 for early entry at 9am.
The venue, whose entry is at 5075 rue Rivard, is conveniently located next to the Édicule B entrance/exit of the Laurier Metro Station.

The Bowmanvillle CD and Record Show will be held at the event’s regular venue, the Bowmanville Memorial Park Club House, from 10am to 4pm on Sunday, October 19th, 2025, and admission will be free.
This venue is now now only being serviced by Bus Stop 100157, which is a 12 minute walk away from the venue, but by on demand services at Durham Regional Transit. And Go Transit also now operates from that stop.

The Sarnia Record Show will again be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 62, this time from 11am to 3pm on Sunday, October 19th, 2025 and admission will be a Toonie donation to the Legion.
The venue is a six minute walk away from the Bayside Terminal, which is serviced by multiple major routes on Sarnia Transit, as well as Strathroy-Caradoc Inter-Community Transit and Flixbus.

A major record sale will be occurring at the Kingston Symphony Warehouse this weekend as well, starting on the Tuesday, the 16th of October, 2025.
They will be selling vinyl, cds, DVDs and turntables, including some rarer items in the Platinum Lounge. But it is at a rather out of the way location, the nearest bus stops being a 15 minute walk away on Princess Drive; These are serviced by Route 4 and Route 11 on Kingston Transit and you should note that Route 11 terminates at the Via Rail station.
