Queen has left EMI after 40 years and have signed on to Universal Music Group. This isn’t good news for EMI, though Queen fans will be happy to learn that Jazz Now if only they’d release Greatest Video Hits III on DVD. |

Youtube Wins
The United States District Court, Southern District of New York, has rules in Youtube‘s favor, against Viacom’s claims.
The court ruled that Youtube had taken sufficient measures to protect the copyrights of Viacom, in accordance to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, this site qualifying for protection from prosecution according to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c).

Youtube/VEOH Fix For Canadians
Just thought I’d post this tidbit for Canadians who are having problems accessing videos on Youtube and Veoh.
I’ve been encountering an error for over a day on Youtube resulting in this message on all videos : “An error has occurred. Please try again later.”
This problem can be bypassed by using Google’s Public DNS Server.
