Google Introduces Scan & Match Service
Google’s new scan and match music service is online in the States, as of yesterday. And though subscribers are limited to 20,000 recordings, the service is free and streams 320kbps recordings.
At the moment Amazon.com
offers 25,000 recordings at 256 kbps for $24.99 per year to Americans and $27.99 per year to Canadians. But both store music purchased through their service for free.

A coupon is required to purchase these gift packs from Real Canadian Superstore and Staples Locations, which can be found in the Real Canadian Superstore flyer (expiring December 6th, 2012) and Staples flyer (expiring December 4th, 2012). The Sobey’s offer, which may be limited to stores in Ontario, expires December 13th, 2012.

Gift Cards On Sale At Zellers
Zellers is offering $50 iTunes gift cards for $40 in store until September 20th, 2012, though it should be noted that this offer is not available at the liquidation centers.
By the way, if you’re wondering what rewards program will be made available through the new Target locations, details were released yesterday on the company’s Canadian web site.
Basically members will get a card entitling them to 5% off purchases with an optional debit program. Royal Bank Canada will be offering no annual fee Target RBC Mastercard credit cards as well through the retailer shortly.
On Sale At Staples
Staples is offering $50 iTunes gift cards for $40 this week, in store.
