Cinemanow Offers Digital Copies

Cinemanow Canada has partnered with Universal and is now offering digital copies of certain films though Future Shop and Best Buy Canada.

The Jaws Blu-Ray combo packs that is due for release on August 14th will include codes to download digital copies of the film from Cinemanow Canada.

The company is also planning on allowing the purchase and rental of films up to two weeks before the official release of these films on DVD and Blu-ray

Jaws & E.T Finally On Blu-Ray

 Spielberg classics Jaws and E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial will be released on Blu-Ray this fall in Canada and The United States.

Jaws will be released on August 19th in a Blu-Ray/DVD/Digital Combo package and can be pre-ordered from Amazon.ca whilst E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial, which will also be in a Blu-Ray/DVD/Digital Download combo package, is scheduled to be released on October 9th and will be available for pre-order soon from Amazon.ca.

Peter Benchley’s Jaws will also be released as an e-book on iTunes Canada on July 31st. And by the way,The Music of John Williams – 40 Years of Film Music boxed set is also available at Amazon.ca and iTunes Canada, which includes the themes from both of the aforementioned films, and more film soundtrack classics.
